Important note!
Despite Microsofts promise of compatibility between Windows3.0 and Windows3.1
the specifications for the use of the sLanguage variable in the [intl]
section of WIN.INI have changed. INTL.DLL is prepared for this, but another
set of INI files is required. This is not a problem, but it you are
developing programs for both Windows3.0 and Windows3.1, you must be aware of
this. You can find the necessary information in the file WININI2.TXT for
Windows3.0 and the file WININI.WRI for Windows3.1.
In the INTLDEMO program, the resource file is changed too. The reason for
this is that you can set/change the language from it. To do this, the
abbrewiations for the languages need to be built in, and since they are
different in Windows 3.1, the resource file must be different. Also the
initial message is changed if the language is not set.
Note that this is a problem only if you're developing programs for both
Windows 3.0 and Windows 3.1.
